“The Heat” is a functional fitness partner competition-
RX and Scaled divisions. This will be an extremely fun event with cash prizes for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place finishes. You will not want to miss this event. 18 teams per division limit! We will max out the divisions, sign up once registration goes live to reserve you and your partner's spot.
RX Males-

Rx Division:
Athletes with cross-training experience should be able to perform workouts which include skilled movements such as:
pull-ups, double-unders and Olympic lifts, etc.
Scaled Division:
Athletes should be able to perform workouts which include jumping pull ups, single unders, knee raises and all basic lifts, etc.
Masters Athletes (35+):
You will still sign up for either RX or the Scaled division. You will still do the exact workouts in the RX & Scaled divisions. You still have the chance to win the RX or Scaled divisions! The only difference is that you will additionally have a "masters" leaderboard within your division. At the end of the competition, we will recognize the top "masters" team in each RX & Scaled divisions and they will stand on the podium and be rewarded with a prize!
Regarding Masters Athletes, both athletes must be 35+ to be considered a team on the Masters Leaderboard.
The cool thing is that you’ll actually have the opportunity to win twice! As a Masters Team in your division, you can win BOTH the Open AND Masters- if you’re able to show the young bucks who’s boss!
There will be one Master's Team winner for each division.
